Home

I'm home. I've gotten several concerned emails from people wondering whether I'm okay or not.

We arrived home safely on Saturday evening, but I came down with a fever that night and have been sick ever since. I went to the doctor this morning and he said it's bronchitis, working into pneumonia....

Hopefully some meds will help my energy levels....I must say, diarrhea, jet-lag, a fever, and bronchitis are not a good recipe for a busy momma....

I have lots of pictures and info to share about our trip home. I will try to post it soon.

Thank you for praying and caring!

  5. Welcome home, Selina.
I'm thankful for your update. The Lord has put you on my mind and in my prayers several times the last few days.
Jet leg was always just the pits for me. I also remember feeling so overwhelmed with "life"feeling like everyone left back and home needed me but so did my new one, and sleepy and spacey, really.
God bless you these early days home with your beautiful famliy.
You are her new mother! The way God designed it from the beginning. He picked you for this task and He will surely provide all you need each day. I pray for gentleness for you. I don't know why that word comes in my mind. Maybe because I just read a homeschool book about homeschooling with a gentle-heart. Anyways, know you are being prayed for and we look forward to each and every update!
